The father of modern marketing, Philip Kolter, is a name I had heard of but didn’t know much else about. The context of this video is slowly revealed (including that it was filmed YEARS before the upload date, sorry guys, these Youtube upload dates are really random sometimes), and this first part lays a lot of marketing general concept groundwork with large companies as the main example (spoiler: he’s talking to a bunch of Italian business people). In part two, we hire millennials to figure out digital, but this part one is still fun.
