Ah, Jeff Lerner, he’s coming out with a book so you might have noticed him working the podcast circuit the last little while (and building his Instagram following. The first reaction video I ever did with him as a subject is in my top ten most watched videos of all time, so let’s try this again.

Today, we’re talking about what Jeff sees as the number one marketing rule, which is pretty basic (expected). What is gross is that he exploits the emotional vulnerabilities of his customer avatar. I just can’t believe he said the quiet part out loud here.
