7ish years ago, I recorded this video.
It has gotten… a lot of views but the info is kind of old, so I thought I’d record a newer better version.
Here are five places
(If you know the topics you want to read about)
- Pinterest.com (search by topic and look for those who have videos/seemingly thought through images)
- Blogorama Blog Directory (let’s pretend it’s 2007 again and try a blog directory!)
- Reddit’s Blogsnark Community (it’s not all snark but think discussion, and check the weekly what are you reading thread)
(If you have a couple blogs you like and want to find more)
- RSS Reader (Ex: Old Reader) – You can also search by topic here. In addition to these tools suggesting blogs like the ones you follow, they can also be a central place to collect all the blogs you read so your inbox doesn’t get clogged up.
- Similarweb.com
As you find good blogs you’ll find other blogs they mention and be well on your way to reading great stuff online.
Mentioned in the broadcast, our past episode about RSS feeds and what they’re good for.
