Besides being a giant love letter to loom.com, this is what aspects should be included in the on-demand training you provide to interns/staff:

1. Why are we even doing this?
2. Here’s an example end product
3. Here’s how I would do the task…
4. Here are where you find resources on the task (passwords, etc.)

Include these in the training video and you’ll set interns up for success. (In terms of how much time a task should take, watch to see how I calculate that!)

Also super important to give constructive feedback, not only because words and peoples’ feelings matter but because over time, you’ll get better work from the intern if you take the time to do it.
