I’ve had friends ask me about my setup and tell me I should do a program on what I do. Honestly, I only have about 20 minutes of stuff to say about how I organize the new year and the digital stuff in my life.
  1. Bullet Journal. Get a different color every year, can easily refer to on shelf.
  • Pages 1-50 – Monthly notes (birthdays, big goals, etc.) and trackers
  • 50-100 – Personal notes (books to read, ‘bucket list’ stuff I want to do locally etc.
  • 100-200- Business – Client notes, checklist, etc.
  • 200-250- Goal Setting for current year + Gratitude/Journaling area
  1. What kind of stuff do you save and where should it live?
  • Thinky Links- GetPocket.com
  • Pretty Links- Pinterest.com
  • Documents – Handwritten notes in Evernote, Google Docs for working documents, Genius scan for collated documents that need to be archived (ex: Gift MDI Receipts 2020)
  • Photos – Google photo
  • Client files- Dropbox with Past Clients folder not synced to any computer
  • Video – Raw files in client folder or Google Drive (personal), edited to right Youtube channel (unlisted or public)
  • Events – Google Calendar
  1. Goal Setting – Your Best Year Yet! By Jinny Ditzler (Buy from a local bookstore on their website or bookshop.org)
