The Breaking Even Communications office is at 19 1st South Street in downtown Bar Harbor.
You’ll see the sign on the porch. That’s how you’ll know ‘This is the right place!’
From Route 3, turn onto Mount Desert Street heading towards Main Street. Go to the end of the street turning right onto Main Street.
Turn right onto 1st South Street (right before Chowdahs Restaurant).
The third building on the right (yellow three story house with green trim) is the office. There is parking on the right of the building. Breaking Even Communications is on the third floor. So come on up!
Note if you are using a GPS: Type ’1st South Street’ not ‘First South Street’ which doesn’t seem to work for most people, even if it is the same thing! Bizarre, I know…
Note to drop ins: Occasionally, we do have things like client meetings or presentations so call/email ahead to make sure someone is available to meet if you want undivided attention.
