			<description>don't worry...i update mine constantly as well. in fact i have my twitter and facebook linked so i can double up. on top of that, my su.pr account is linked to them as well and i usually post digg articles through that to really maximize the social updates! haha...either there is something wrong with me or my generation :D in any case, i won't judge you! well said in this post...the one about not wanting to bother people is right on...great post! - Taylen</description>
