Probably closer to $100 or $120. And, hopefully you get to set the thermostat. Also, as a total aside - if you don't like stinky trash, start a compost pile or a worm bin (conveniently stashed in a closet). Or maybe your apt will have a garbage disposal! The stuff that stinks most in the trash is stuff that was once alive. I'm definitely a comparison shopper, like you. One thing I love about having a bigger space is being able to exercise in the apartment. I've heard lots of great ideas, including having a workout video or even just having room to do situps every so often.
